Terms and Conditions

Upon a Successful Bid -

  • 1. Booking fee of $600 is required with all accepted bids, must be paid within 7 days of approval.

  • 2. A contract of agreement must be completed and received within 10 days.

  • 3. Final payment due 1 month prior to wedding date

  • 4. Should your bid be accepted you shall be liable for payment of all fees due within the specified times.

  • 5. Cancellations of booking must be in writing with deposits retained by Roxy Studios.
