This class is for anybody and everybody! Each Zumba® class is designed to bring people together to sweat it out mixing low-intensity and high-intensity moves for an interval-style, calorie-burning Latin dance fitness party.
A total workout, combining all elements of fitness – cardio, muscle conditioning, balance and flexibility, boosted energy and a serious dose of awesome each time you leave class.

 

KONGA® + JAGUA® by The Jungle Body

The ULTIMATE combination workout! KONGA® is an easy-to-follow, high intensity fusion of Boxing, Cardio, Dance & Sculpting set to the hottest beats from all decades. Expect to squat, burpee, sprint & sweat like crazy while some big tunes transport you to your happy place. Whether you are super fit or totally uncoordinated, Konga® is for you!

JAGUA® body sculpting choreographed to Hip Hop, Pop, Afro & Old School Music. It is a body conditioning class that may help build flexibility, muscle strength, muscle tone and endurance. Jagua takes inspiration from Ballet, Dance, Pilates, Yoga, Hip Hop & Stretch Classes.

KickFIT

KickFIT is a partnered class with a mixture of cardio & strength work. A Kick­box­ing based work­out using kick-shields, pads and boxing gloves. This class is designed to improve your car­dio fit­ness, while strength­en­ing and ton­ing your entire body. Great fun and an awe­some stress relief. No expe­ri­ence required, suit­able for all fit­ness levels! All boxing gloves & mitts will be provided for your use but if you have your own gloves you are more than welcome to bring them along.

 

BoxHIIT

Fridays

BoxHIIT is a partnered class with a mixture of Tabata & HIIT aimed to get you pushing your own limits in short sharp bursts. Boxing & effective body weight movements combined with light weights will give you a full body workout! All boxing gloves & mitts will be provided for your use but if you have your own gloves you are more than welcome to bring them along.

Zumba® Gold is a lower impact version of the popular Zumba Fitness programme. It is designed for active older adults, beginners to Zumba and those just starting their journey to a fit and healthy lifestyle.

Takes 1.5 - 2.5kg dumbbells & fuses this with movements that are dance inspired which will shape, sculpt & improve your muscle tone.

Yin Yoga

Melt your stress away with Yin yoga.
Yin yoga is a meditative practice that provides an effective switch-off from everyday stress while gently stretching both the deep connective tissues between the muscles and the fascia throughout the body.
By melting in the poses from three to ten minutes, you can increase circulation in the joints, improve flexibility as the poses stretch, as well as reduce stress, anxiety, and chronic pain, improve sleep patterns, and enhance overall well-being and quality of life. While you may feel like you have not even broken a sweat by the end of the class, your mind and body have been performing on a much deeper, more intense level, leaving you with a clearer mind and a lighter body.
Practicing Yin gives you that dreamy afterglow where you find that moment of absolute peace within yourself.

KONGA® Lo by The Jungle Body

KONGA® Low impact is KONGA®, but at a lower intensity. A one of a kind program specialising in low impact cardio set to some of the best tunes from all of the decades! It is suitable for the elderly/seniors, impaired or if you have joint/muscle issues. KONGA® Low impact takes the same routines from a normal KONGA® class, but removes the intensity, depth and fast pace to make it more accessible if you have a lower fitness level.

 

BURN! Intense by The Jungle Body

BURN! is a one of a kind Choreographed Dumbbell Sculpt Workout. BURN! Takes 1.5kg – 2.5kg Dumbbells in each hand & fuses this with movements that are dance inspired which will shape, sculpt & improve your muscle tone in your Upper Body & Core. Focusing on functional & high repetition movements, you'll burn fat, gain strength and quickly produce lean body muscle conditioning. Rather than doing weights in a boring & tedious environment - BURN! spices up traditional moves with a subtle addition of dance flavour.

Breathe move and feel Yoga class. During this yoga class you will be encouraged to feel and explore the connection between movement and breath, and its benefits within your body and mind. A safe and nourishing environment is created in each class by emphasising the importance of slow and conscious movement.
variety of options are offered for every pose making the class suitable to all levels from beginners to advanced practitioners wanting to move further into their practice. You will leave the class feeling strong and energised, but calm and relaxed at the same time.

Bootybarre®

Bootybarre® is a fun, energetic, workout that fuses techniques from Dance, Pilates, and Yoga that will tone, define and chisel the whole body while perfecting the Booty!
Bootybarre® is the perfect combination of strength and flexibility with an added cardiovascular element utilizing the barre.

HIIT Circuit

Mondays
6:00pm – 6:45pm

Our High intensity interval training (HIIT) circuit involves combining both cardio & resistance training alternating upper & lower body moves & including high & low intensity option exercises. You will move through the various exercise stations working safely to gain the highest amount of reps per station working to time followed by a short rest period before continuing onto the next station until the circuit is complete.
This circuit will be sure to get the blood pumping while building lean muscle & burning fat.

 

STRONG by Zumba®

Thursdays

Stop counting the reps. Start training to the beat. STRONG by Zumba® combines body weight, muscle conditioning, cardio and plyometric training moves synced to original music that has been specifically designed to match every single move. Every squat, every lunge, every burpee is driven by the music, helping you make it to that last rep, and maybe even five more.

In each class you'll burn calories while toning arms, legs, abs and glutes. Plyometric or explosive moves like high knees, burpees, and jumping jacks are interchanged with isometric moves like lunges, squats, and kickboxing.
